**** ASVAC 2023 delegates registering for Masterclass only, do not have access to other sessions at the conference. ASVAC 2023 delegates are entitled to attend selected workshops, free of charge on a first come, first served basis.

Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated.

An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required if registration fees are not credited to the forum account on time.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY

All substitution requests must be made in writing to ASVAC 2023 Conference Secretariat and electronically mailed. Substitution request will be as follows:

Prior to August 1, 2023, until October 8, 2023 – No extra charge

A charge of USD30.00 will apply after October 8, 2023.

Payment can be made on-site by cash or credit card

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations requests must be electronically mailed. Refund of registration fee will be as follows:

• Prior to June 30, 2023 – Full refund
• From July 1, 2023 until July 31, 2023 – 50% refund
• From August 1, 2023 – No refund

All fees charged; all surcharge applicable to online payment by credit cards will not be refunded. Bank transfer admission fee will also not be refunded – applicable to Bank Transfer payments.

All approved refunds will be made within two months after Congress is held.
